Their daughter is a landscaper, so they take a lot of photos for her. 11:15 AM - Nijo-jo. There, we talked about the history of samurai and emperor. They enjoyed the landscape there. 12:30 PM - End of the tour. I asked them to write a review.

Tour Expenses: If you have Tour Expenses that you need reimbursement for, please fill in the details so we may reimburse you in the next payment cycle.

1a) Expense #1: Transportation Fee
What is your total transportation fee to the meeting point and return? Please input the total transportation amount in JPY (from your home to the meeting point, and return) in the field below. For the tour guide to go to meeting point and return, we will cover the tour guide's transportation fee (3000 JPY total for going there and return, or otherwise specified on Tour Instructions). Example: Type '500' only in the field (if the train cost from your home to the destination is 250 JPY each way, then add the sum together so that the total cost for transportation is 500 JPY).

1b) Expense #1: Transportation Fee
Upload photos or screenshots displaying all transportation-related costs. Please upload a photo of the receipt for your transportation fee. If a receipt is unavailable, take a screenshot of the navigation page (乗換案内画面) showing the transportation cost from your home to the meeting point and return. 2a) Expense #2: Other Expenses
Please itemize/ specify all other expenses for this experience or event in the field below. 2b) Expense #2: Other Expenses *
Please input the total amount in JPY of all the other expenses from this tour/event. Please input the total number only (do not include JPY after the number). If the tour was canceled or you do not have any other expenses, please type in "0" (zero). Example Type '1900' in the field (Expense #2a specifies 450 JPY + 450 JPY + 1000 JPY as other expenses. * I acknowledge that I will send the receipts to the Japan Awaits mailing address twice a year before the deadline of May 31st and November 30th.

To complete the reimbursement process, please mail the receipts for reimbursement to the Japan Awaits' West Office before each half year mark (by May 31st and November 30th).
